Community Features:

The Cove at Briar Bay is a beautiful community of 288 Condominiums, located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a beautiful lake views and two swimming pools.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the 4th Wednesday of each month.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Lease/ Sale:

There is no purchase application process for The Cove at Briar Bay.

***Prospective renters for The Cove at Briar Bay must contact the Briar Bay Master Association and complete a lease application. Tenants may be subject to a common area deposit, collected by Briar Bay. Information may be found at www.briarbay.org (http://www.briarbay.org/) or by contacting the Briar Bay office at 1-888-664-8810.***

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Bulk collection is not available in this community.

Important Gate Entry and Parking Information:

Parking permit and Gate Barcode Stickers are available to be installed Monday thru Friday at GRS Management between 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 am
or 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Cost is $25 for both parking stickers and gate barcodes in a form of cashier check or money order payable to The Cove at Briar Bay. 

All renters must bring copy of lease approval from the Master with your Driver license and vehicle registration with your name as registered owner. Owners must bring proof of the unit ownership, driver license and vehicle registration.

Stickers must remain on vehicle: Removal and lending of gate stickers will result in revocation of gate sticker.

Guest who park overnight must have a guest pass which is good for only 10 days and will not be extended. Permanent guest passes are also
available one per unit.

There are NO gate codes (Entry code) which instantly open the gates. Guest and deliveries must call resident for entry through the call-box.
Only One name and number per unit.

If your guest damages the gate arms, you will be responsible for the repairs and possible fine. Please notify your friends and family not
to run the gates.
