Community Features:
Atlantic Grove Townhome Association is a community of 55 townhomes located in downtown Delray Beach. This community offers a pool which is open from dawn until dusk.

 Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

 Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment payable to the Association on the first (1^st) day of every month.  Payments are considered late on the 10^th day of the month and late payments may incur late fee.

 Community Restrictions:
Please refer to Use Restrictions in the Association’s Declaration of Covenants; some common restrictions are as follows:

• No overnight parking on sidewalks or swales.
• No Pit Bulls or Pit Bull Mix or aggressive breeds.
• No unit is to be leased/sold without prior written approval by the Association.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and Certificate of Approval are required for each lease and/or resale in the community. Please access the purchase or lease application on the left side of the page.

Architectural Review:
Any exterior modification to the lot must be submitted in the form of an ARC application to be reviewed and approved by the ARC Committee. Please access the ARC application on the left side of the page.
