Community Features:
Banyan Cay Master Association located in West Palm Beach, FL will feature fifty-two (52) ‘Estate Homes’ and when completed will be one (1) of five (5) sub-associations; additionally, there are ninety-four (94) single family homes in ‘Residences at Banyan Cay’; twenty-two (22) Villas; a Hotel and Golf Course and a future condominium association.  This website is specifically for the ‘Master Association’s Estate Homes Association’ as the other sub associations are not currently managed by GRS Community Management.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for quarterly assessments to the association, due on the first (1^st) day January, April, July and October; payments are considered late after thirty (30) days and will incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however some of the community restrictions are as follows:

• A Capital Contribution in the amount equivalent to three (3) months of general assessments payable to the Master Association at the time of a conveyance by a purchaser of a Dwelling Unit (other than a conveyance by Declarant unless so provided in the contract for same).
• Vehicle Restrictions apply – please consult with the Master Association before purchasing or bringing into the Development any type of vehicle other than a passenger car inasmuch as such other type of vehicle may not be permitted to be kept within the Development.
