Community Features:
Barclay at Wycliffe Home Owners Association is one (1) of twelve (12) subdivisions and is comprised of 64 single family homes nestled within the gated Wyclliffe Golf & Country Club located in Lake Worth, FL. Membership in Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is compulsory; however, there are different types of membership which typically access golf, tennis, fitness, dining, and social amenities.
The Community also offers state-of-the-art amenities including two (2) championship golf courses, a clubhouse, onsite dining and social spaces, a resort style community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and a myriad of exercise classes, walking paths and lakes.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the WCA Clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the
community restrictions:
- A Capital Contribution equivalent to four (4) current quarterly maintenance assessments is collected at the time of transfer/closing of the property.
- Homes may be leased for no less than four (4) months and no more than one (1) time within twelve (12) months.
- Only two (2) common, domestic household pets are permitted per lot; lessees are not permitted dogs.

Architectural Modifications:
