Bermuda Isles At Boca Rio Homeowners Association, Inc.

Community Features:
Bermuda Isles at Boca Rio Homeowners Association is situated in the Banyan Lake Community and is comprised of 336 townhomes located in West Boca Raton, FL. The Community offers tennis courts, two generously sized pools, a theater room, a fitness center with steam room and sauna and a half mile path that surrounds Banyan Lake for all residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions.
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• A non-refundable Capital Contribution fee equivalent to two (2) months of the current maintenance fees is due and payable to the Association at the time of closing/transfer of the unit.
• A minimum credit score of 620 is required.
• Lease terms are no less than six (6) months.
• Two (2) parking spaces per unit; of which one (1) space is assigned per unit.

Architectural Changes:
