Community Overview
Bethesda Park is a condominium community consisting of 48 residential units located in Boynton Beach, Florida. The community features amenities including a clubhouse and swimming pool for resident use.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets on an as-needed basis. Meeting notices and updates are posted in accordance with association requirements.

Assessments & Payments

• Monthly association assessments are due on the 1st of each month
• Payments received after the 10th of the month are considered late and may be subject to a late fee

Community Guidelines
Please refer to the Association’s Rules & Regulations for full details. Common guidelines include:

Pet Policy:
A maximum of (2) pets per unit is permitted (dogs or cats). Any additional or alternative pets, including but not limited to birds, reptiles, or other animals, require prior Board approval.

Parking Rules:

• No overnight parking without prior approval
• Residents are expected to utilize assigned garages and driveways
• Street parking may be subject to time restrictions

Purchase & Lease Requirements
All purchasers and renters must submit an application and receive prior Board approval before occupancy.

• Application and processing fees are required for both sales and leases
• Payments must be made via check, money order, or cashier’s check
• Application packages and instructions are available through the community portal

Architectural Review (ARC)
Any exterior modification to a unit or property must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to work beginning. Please submit an ARC application through the provided forms in the community documents.

Trash & Recycling
Garbage from the condominium must be deposited in the designated dumpsters in closed plastic bags.

Newspapers and cardboard boxes should be flattened and placed in the recycling bins. Glass and plastic items should also be placed in the appropriate recycling containers.

• Recycling pickup is Friday
• Garbage pickup is Tuesday and Friday

Bulk Trash Placement Rules:

• Bulk trash may only be placed at the designated area as early as Monday for Tuesday pickup
• Do not place bulk items Wednesday through Sunday
• Owners are responsible for ensuring tenants comply with these rules
