Community Features:
Bridgepointe at Broken Sound Condominium Association is located in Boca Raton, FL. The Community is comprised of fourteen (14) two (2) story buildings; each of which has four (4) condominium units, two (2) units on the first floor and two (2) units on the second floor totaling fifty-six (56) condominium units within the association.

The Community offers resort-style amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, biking/jogging path, luxury clubhouse, game room, golf course, picnic area, putting green, deluxe community pool, a sauna, spa/hot tub, and tennis courts for all residents and their guests to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• Only two (2) domestic pets are permitted per unit.
• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than one (1) month.
• A maximum of two (2) leases only per twelve (12) months is permitted.
