Community Features:
Caravelle Property Owners Association is located in Boca Raton, FL. comprised of 78 patio homes in a small subdivision of Boca Pointe Country Club. While not mandatory, many buyers who purchase a home in Boca Pointe Country Club have the option to join the Club at Boca Pointe. Club members may take advantage of a multitude of high-end amenities. Many homes in Caravelle have their own private swimming pools, however homes without pools, residents will enjoy going for a swim in Caravalle's heated community pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- A non-refundable Capital Contribution equivalent to the current quarterly assessment is collected at the time of transfer/closing.
- Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than one (1) month.
- A maximum of three (3) leases only per twelve (12) months is permitted.

Architectural Changes:
