Community Features:
Coconut Key Property Owners Association is a community of 69 Townhomes located in Delray Beach, FL. The community offers a pool, cabana and ½ Basketball court.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• No more than two (2) dogs and/or cats or household pets are permitted per unit at an aggregate weight of 150 lbs. and any one (1) dog may not weigh more than 100 lbs. at maturity.
• A Capital Contribution Fee equivalent to two (2) months current assessments is due at the time of closing/transfer and payable to the Association.
• Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than six (6) months.
