Community Features:
Convention Center Townhomes POA, Inc is a community of 41 townhouses, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The community amenities include a swimming pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets quarterly or as called by the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late fee. Maintenance assessments include insurance for the common areas only. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide proof of insurance to the Association for their unit’s structure.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association documents and Rules & regulations for the complete information. Some common restrictions are:
Units may not be leased for the first 12 months of ownership. The minimum lease term is 3 months and units may not be rented more than twice in a 12 month period. Owners must have a City of West Palm Beach rental license to lease the property.
Community pool is open from dusk to dawn and it is for the use of the unit owners, approved tenants and their guests only. No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Pets are restricted to 2 dog/cats not to exceed 55 lbs combined weight.
Parking in owner designated spaces only. Violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Hurricane shutters may be installed up to 72 hours prior and must be removed within 24 hours after the storm passes.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150.00 payable to Convention Center Townhomes and $200.00 payable to GRS Management Associates, Inc. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Application and instructions forms may be downloaded under the DOWNLOADS menu for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management Associates, Inc.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application available in the DOWNLOADS menu.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for TUESDAY AND FRIDAYS. Recycling is picked up on FRIDAY. For bulk trash pickup, please contact the City of West Palm Beach Sanitation Dept. to schedule a pickup and/or obtain extra trash containers.
