Cypress Pointe at Turtle Run is an all-age community which is home to 344 condominium units located in Coral Springs, FL. The community features a resort-style pool, hot tub, tennis, clubhouse, gym, child play area, barbeque area, and basketball court!
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each home is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:
- No lease term shall be for less than three (3) months.
- No unit may be leased more than twice in any twelve (12) month period.
- A credit score of 680 is required for all prospective tenants.
- No more than two (2) domestic pets are permitted per unit; breed restrictions apply.
