Community Features:
Delray Lakes Homeowners Association is a gated community comprised of 169 single family homes situated on tree lined streets and is in Delray Beach, FL. The community features amenities such as a Clubhouse, a Community Pool and Cabana, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, a playground, boat storage and a boat ramp leading to Lake Ida.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• No unit/lot may be leased until after the owner has resided on the premises for a minimum of one (1) year.
• No lease may be for less than six (6) months.
• Owners are permitted only two (2) common household domestic pets (2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 of each.

Architectural Changes:
