Community Features:
Dover at Wycliffe Homeowners’ Association is one (1) of fourteen (14) subdivisions and is comprised of 45 single family homes nestled within the gated Wyclliffe Golf & Country Club located in Wellington, FL. Membership in Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is compulsory; however, there are different types of membership which typically access golf, tennis, fitness, dining, and social amenities.

The Community also offers state-of-the-art amenities including two (2) championship golf courses, a clubhouse, onsite dining venues, a resort-style Olympic-size community pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, a full-service spa and fitness center featuring sauna and steam rooms with access to Personal Trainers and Physical Therapy. Residents may also take advantage of a myriad of fitness classes including Pilates, Aerobics, Yoga, Spin, and Water Aerobics.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the WCA Clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• A Capital Contribution equivalent to four (4) current quarterly maintenance assessments is collected at the time of transfer/closing of the property.
• Homes may be leased for a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of two (2) years; homes may not be leased more than one (1) time per year.
• Only two (2) common, domestic household pets are permitted per unit; Lessees are not permitted pets of any kind.

Architectural Modifications:
