Egret Cove Neighborhood is a community of 66 Single Family Homes located in West Palm Beach, FL.
The community is part of Baywinds Master Association, which offers numerous amenities. Clubhouse, 4 bocce courts, 4 lit/2 unlit tennis courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, 2 sparkling swimming pools, 1 resistance-walking pool, 1 hot tub/spa, full-service fitness center, aerobics room, billiards room, men's and women's locker rooms with saunas, library, media room, and a versatile ballroom with a stage and privately-contracted entertainment.
Baywinds clubs include Men's Club, Women's Club, Theater Arts Group, Hadassah, CERT, Citizens on Patrol, Bocce Club, Tennis Club, Clay Artisans, Craft Group, Ocean Waves Club and New York Club, just to name a few!

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations. Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS:

• 2 Pet limit.
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a fenced yard.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

• No Commercial Vehicles.
• No Boats.
• No Overnight Street Parking.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

Garbage and Recycling:

• Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday.
• Recycling and bulk are picked up on Wednesday.
