Community Features:
Enclave at Boca Dunes Homeowners Association is a family-friendly, gated community comprised of 211 Townhomes located in Boca Raton, FL. The community is surrounded by beautiful ponds and a golf course and offers a myriad of amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy. The Clubhouse features a yoga and aerobics room, a billiards room, a fitness center, and a catering kitchen. Residents may also take advantage of the Community Pool, Spa, Tot Lot and Parks.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• A Capital Contribution equivalent to three (3) months of the current monthly assessments is due and payable to the Association at the time of closing/transfer of the unit.
• No more than two (2) common household pets are permitted per unit; restrictions apply.
• Lease terms may be no less than one (1) year, and no unit may be leased more than two (2) times in any calendar year.
• Owner must hold title for twelve (12) months prior to leasing the unit.
• Holding title to more than three (3) units at any given time is not permitted; nor is Corporate Ownership permitted.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Architectural Changes:
