Equestrian Club Estates is an exclusive guard-gated residential community located in the Village of Wellington, FL comprised of a mix of upscale townhomes some with waterfront views and expansive estate homes, many of which feature private swimming pools and summer kitchens and single-family homes.
Residents of the Equestrian Club are within walking distance of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, which hosts the Wellington Equestrian Festival (WEF) and various other arena events and shows. Additionally, the International Polo Club of Palm Beach, home to the U.S. Polo Open, is a short distance away. Other private and public golf courses and country clubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues are nearby as well.

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
