The Fountains of Palm Beach Condominium, Inc. No. 4 (Esedra) is an Adult (55+) gated community comprised of 174 Condominiums located in Lake Worth, FL.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 20th day of the month and will incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Leases are limited to two (2) leases during any calendar year and must be for a minimum of a three (3) month lease term.
• Owner must possess title for at least twelve (12) months prior to leasing their unit.
• No owner may lease their unit if number of leased units in COA exceeds thirty percent (30%).
• NO pets are permitted in the community with the exception of service/emotional support animals.
