Community Features:
Fairfield Gardens Homeowners Association is a gated community of 84 Townhomes located in Boca Raton, FL. Inside the gates of this quaint community residents have access to several amenities including a Clubhouse, a Fitness Center, a Swimming Pool, and walking paths around the lake. Additionally, residents may take advantage of complimentary Yoga classes in the Clubhouse on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meet on a quarterly basis in the Clubhouse; notices/agendas will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting date.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly Maintenance Assessment payable to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Lease Terms must be for a minimum of six (6) months.
• No unit may be leased more than twice in any twelve (12) month period.
• A maximum of three (3) household pets permitted per unit; breed restrictions apply.

Architectural Changes:
