Community Features:

Fairway Club POA is an Association of 266 units in five buildings, located in Lake Worth. The community offers a three swimming pools, clubhouse, card room and community room..

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets second Wednesday at 10:15 A.M. at the clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur late fee of $25.00.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

No pets allowed

Each unit owner is assigned one parking spot. All other cars may park in the “Visitors” spots.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Each Fairway community, FW “B”. FW “D”, FW “O”, FW “P”, Lucerne Pointe Condo “C” and Lucerne Lakes Condo Assoc., has applications and approval systems in force.  Go to our community website for application.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling: Garbage pick-up is scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Recycling is collected on Wednesday and Saturday. Bulk pick-up is scheduled for Thursday and must be called in to the office the day before and item(s) put out the night before scheduled pick-up day.
