Community Features:
Forest Grove POA is an age qualified (55+) gated community comprised of 92 villas nestled in the Indian Springs Master Association (ISMA) community located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Community offers a heated swimming pool for residents’ enjoyment.

Gate Security:
ISMA oversees all Security Gates, Guards and Homeowner’s permanent guest lists as well as gate access information. You may contact the ISMA Security Main Office number at 561-732-1505 during normal business hours.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held the third (3^rd) Monday of each month at the Pool Pavillion.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly Maintenance Assessment payable to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.  In addition, quarterly assessments are due to the Master Association on the first (1^st) day of the first (1^st) month of the quarter.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• A Capital Contribution Fee is due and payable to the Association at the time of closing/transfer of the property/unit.
• No owner may lease their unit during the first twenty-four (24) months of ownership.
• No unit may be leased more than once in a twelve (12) month period.
• No lease term may be less than three (3) months and no more than twelve (12) months.
• No pets are permitted in a unit or on the property.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval from the POA and Master Association is required for each purchase and/or lease in the community. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the Purchase/Lease Application package.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to the unit and/or property must be approved by the Board of Directors and/or Architectural Review Borad or Committee.
