Forest Lakes Property Owners Association, Inc. is an all age, pet friendly community comprised of 228 Townhomes located in West Palm Beach, FL. featuring tennis and racquetball courts for residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of the first month of each quarter.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment payable to the association and is due on the 1st day of the first month of the quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30^th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• No more than two (2) pets (cats and/or dogs) are permitted per household; breed restrictions apply.
• The number of bedrooms determines the number of allotted parking spaces.

Architectural Changes:
