Community Features:
Gefion Court – The Fountains of Palm Beach Condominium, Inc. No. 1.
Gefion Court has 18 condominiums and is part of The Fountains of Palm Beach. The Fountains of Palm Beach is a gated golf course community with no membership requirement. The community is located on Lake Worth Road, between the Turnpike and I-95.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Please refer to the specific Lease and Purchase Applications under the Downloads section for applicable fees and processes. A unit cannot be leased within the one-year period following the date of closing. No lease or sublease shall be for a period less than three months and said unit shall not be leased more than twice in a calendar year. See Article XI of the Declaration of Condominium and the Association’s Rules and Regulations
Vehicles:
No parking is permitted on any sidewalks, lawns, or areas other than in the designated resident parking area. All owners and renters must park in their assigned spot at all times. Guests must park in a guest spot. If more than one car, the second car must be parked in a guest spot. Please refer to the Gefion Court Rules and Regulations for additional information.
Architectural Changes:
