Community Features:
Gold Coast Towers is an adult community (55+ years of age) comprised of 36 condominium units.  The Condominium is centrally located in Lake Worth, FL. and offers a picnic area, shuffleboard, and views of the Intracoastal waterway for some units.

This community is just steps from all the excitement of Downtown Lake Worth where you will find boutique stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, and more. The Intracoastal is just a block away, and a quick trip over the water will take you to Lake Worth beach, which is also across the street from the Lake Worth Golf Club and the Lake Worth Green Market.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

  • No animals of any kind are permitted in the units or on the property.
  • Owners may not lease their units for a period of one (1) year after transfer of ownership.
  • Lease terms of no less than three (3) months and no more than six (6) months are permitted and only one (1) lease per unit is permitted within a twelve (12) month consecutive period.
  • Interviews are required by the association for prospective tenants.

Architectural Changes:
