Community Features:
Hamblin Village is a community of 128 Single Family Homes, located in Wellington, FL.
The community is part of the Olympia Master Association, which offers numerous resort style amenities. The private Mediterranean clubhouse is the focal point of the community. Contained within the clubhouse are numerous meeting rooms, a large great room, a fitness center with child's playroom and an indoor basketball and volleyball court. Attached to the clubhouse is a large portico with a screened in patio and large water feature. The clubhouse also has an extensive outdoor patio with tables and chairs.
Surrounding the clubhouse is a 10-acre lakefront recreation area. This area contains 3 Tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, a large community playing field, a children's play area and a wetland preserve.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets quarterly at the clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each month and may incur a penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:

• Pet Restrictions:
  • Must Register all animals with the Association.
  • All animals must be on a non-retractable leash at all times
  • No more than 2 dogs at one time.
  • Breed restrictions (please see Rules and Regulations)
• Parking Restrictions:
  • No Commercial or Recreational Vehicle parking overnight. (must conceal lettering)
  • Can’t block sidewalk
  • Can’t park on landscaped lots or Common area.

Application for Purchase and Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Hamblin Village and the Master Association. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
Recycling and bulk are picked up on Friday.
