Community Features:
Hypoluxo’s Mariner's Cay Condominium Association is a 6-story gated condominium complex located in the Hypoluxo neighborhood of Boynton Beach, Florida. The 240-unit building sits on the intracoastal waterway, offering residents stunning views of the marina and million-dollar homes across the water.

The Community features an elegant clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, and a pool directly on the Intracoastal, in addition to a private beach, BBQ area, dog park, and so much more. There is also the Palm Beach Yacht Center Marina right next-door, ideal for the boat enthusiasts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 5th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: 
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• No lease term shall be for less than six (6) consecutive months.
• Only two (2) household pets are permitted per unit and must not exceed an aggregate weight of thirty-five (35) lbs. at maturity; breed restrictions apply.
• Window treatments visible to the outside must be white or beige in color.
