Imperial Isle POA is a community of 72 Single Family Homes located in Wellington, FL.
The community is located in Wycliff Golf & Country Club. Wycliff Country Club offers many amenities including two 18-hole premier championship golf courses, 15 har-tru tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, swimming and spa facilities, a spa, fitness center, exquisite dining, entertainment and more!
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at the WCA building.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS:
- Pets must always be leashed.
- Pets are not allowed on the Recreational property.
- Owners must clean up after pets.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
- No Commercial vehicles.
- Recreational vehicle restrictions.
- No overnight or street parking.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
