Community Features:
Kensington Property Owners Association is one (1) of fourteen (14) subdivisions and is comprised of 84 single family homes nestled within the gated Wyclliffe Golf & Country Club located in Lake Worth, FL. Membership in Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is compulsory; however, there are different types of membership which typically access golf, tennis, fitness, dining, and social amenities.
The Community also offers state-of-the-art amenities including two (2) championship golf courses, a clubhouse, onsite dining and social spaces, a resort style community pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts, a spa and fitness center along with a myriad of exercise classes, walking paths and lakes.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the WCA Clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- A Capital Contribution equivalent to four (4) current quarterly maintenance assessments is collected at the time of transfer/closing of the property.
- Owners must hold title for a minimum of one (1) year prior to leasing their lot.
- Homes may be leased for a minimum of three (3) months; homes may not be leased more than two (2) times in a calendar year.
- Only two (2) cats or two (2) dogs or one (1) of each is permitted per household.

Architectural Modifications:
