Community Features:
La Terre at Avenir Neighborhood Association is a new construction development comprised of 92 single family homes located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL as a part of Avenir. Behind the gates of Avenir, you can access a plethora of amenities including a working farm, spacious dog parks, 300 acres of lakes and waterways, over 2,000 acres of nature preserve, and extensive walking trails, two (2) swimming pools, a golf course, and dedicated fire pits. The luxurious clubhouse will house a state-of-the-art gym, wellness center, yoga studio, a ballroom, and café. Additional outdoor amenities include an amphitheater, pickle ball and tennis courts.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- A capital contribution fee equivalent to the current quarterly maintenance is due at closing.
- Lease contracts may not be less than twelve (12) months.
- Pet breed restrictions apply.

Architectural Changes:
