Community Features:
Lakefield West Homeowners Association is a community of 207 single family homes located in Wellington, FL. Almost all homes are situated on a golf course, lake or one of the nine cul-de-sacs.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the first (1^st) Thursday of the month.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment due on the 1^st day of the calendar quarter.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Rules and Regulations and Declaration of Protective Covenants for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• No more than two domestic dogs and/or four domestic cats are permitted.
• Boats, trailers, RVs or similar property shall only be stored within a garage.
• No PODS (or similar storage containers), or dumpsters may be placed on any lot without written approval of the Board of Directors.

Registration of Purchase:
A ‘Registration of Purchase’ is requested for all sales in the community to access the community through the resident lane, receive community communications and enable guest access through the community call box. Please access the Registration of Purchase on the left side of the page.

Application for Lease:
An application and Certificate of Approval are required for each lease in the community. Please access the lease application on the left side of the page.

Architectural Review:
Any exterior modification to the home or property must be submitted in the form of an ARC application to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Please access the ARC application on the left side of the page.

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage and bulk vegetation pickup is scheduled for Wednesday; garbage and recycling pickup is scheduled for Saturday.
