Community Features:
Lakeside Green II-B Homeowners Association is an all age, pet friendly community comprised of 120 townhomes/villas located in West Palm Beach, FL. The community offers swimming pools, a Clubhouse with a fitness center, and tennis courts for all residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the third (3rd) Monday of each month in the Master Association’s Clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the
community restrictions:

  • A Capital Contribution Fee is due and payable to the Association from the Buyer at the time of closing/transfer of the unit/property.
  • Owners may not lease their units within the first (1st) year of ownership.
  • Lease terms may not be for a period less than twelve (12) months and no more than one (1) lease is permitted within a twelve (12) month period.
  • Each unit is assigned two (2) parking spaces.
  • Only two (2) household pets are permitted per unit.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to the home and/or property must be approved by the Board of Directors and/or Architectural Review Board/Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
