Community Features:
Condominium Association of Lakeside Village is a gated community comprised of 24 buildings within 11 condominiums totaling 766 units nestled in the heart of Palm Springs, FL and surrounded by lush landscapes and sparkling lakes. This Community features a Clubhouse with a Community Pool, Sun Deck, Putting Green, Walking Paths and Picnic Areas for all residents and their guests to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a
few of the community restrictions:

  • No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in any unit.
  • Some buildings are age qualified (55+) and some buildings require the owner to obtain title twenty-four (24) months prior to leasing their unit.
  • Lease terms may not be for less than three (3) months, and unit may not be leased more than two (2) times in any fiscal year (May 1st – April 30th).
  • Studio & one (1) bedroom units are not permitted more than two (2) occupants; two (2) two & three (3) bedroom units are not permitted more than three (3) occupants.
  • One (1) parking space is assigned per unit.
  • No clothes washers and/or dryers are permitted in any unit.

Architectural Changes:
All modifications to the interior of the unit must be approved by the Board of Directors or Architectural Review Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
