Lee Estates is a community of 292 single family homes.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the last Monday of the month.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment due on the 1st of each month of the quarter. Payments are considered late after the 30th of the first month of the quarter. A late fee of $25 is incurred after this date.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations.
Some common restrictions are:
No mor than four vehicles per household
No parking on grass or swales
No items to be stored in front of home, including but not limited to trash cans, recycling bins, tires, furniture, and appliances.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $200 made payable to GRS Community Management. A copy of the signed Rules and Regulations needs to accompany every application. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided to the left to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management. INTERVIEW REQUIRED FOR ALL LEASES AND PURCHASES.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage, recycling, and bulk vegetation pickup is scheduled for Monday. Household garbage is picked up on Friday. Trash should not be placed at the curb prior to 6PM on the day prior to collection.
