Community Features:

Lexington Lakes is a beautiful community of 137 single-family homes located in unincorporated Boynton Beach. The community offers a clubhouse, pool, and two tennis courts. Lexington Lakes does not have a master association.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Directors meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at the community’s clubhouse or virtually, as may be required.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of each month and may incur a $25.00 fee.  No special assessments currently in place.

Community Restrictions:

Community Lease Restrictions:

Owners may not lease their property within the first 24 months of ownership.  No more than one lease is permitted in a 12-month period.

Architectural Changes:

For owners who need to make repairs or are considering any changes on the exterior of a lot, an Architectural Change Request must be submitted through the Association.  A copy of the application may be obtained under the DOWNLOAD menu.  The Architectural Committee meets monthly to review applications and provide a decision.  No work may be performed by the owner prior to the Architectural Committee’s approval.

Garbage and Recycling:

Household trash: Wednesday and Saturday

Large/bulk items and landscape debris: Saturday

Recycling: Wednesday

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 P.M. the evening prior to scheduled pick up and bring them in same day as pick up; otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of sight.
