Lotus Edge Homeowners Association is comprised of 649 contemporary luxury homes located in Boca Raton, FL. The community offers a thriving lifestyle, anchored by a multimillion-dollar clubhouse and an exceptional array of luxury amenities including a resort-style pool, cold plunge tub, yoga lawn, fitness center, full-service restaurant, elegant lounge with bar, and event rooms.
The community also features many exterior sports courts, such as two (2) lighted padel courts with shaded pavilions, six (6) lighted tennis courts; residents have the option to take lessons, join a round-robin tournament, or shop for the perfect gear at the Pro Shop. Pickleball enthusiasts will find non-stop competition on the ten (10) dedicated exterior courts with seated spectator areas and the outdoor Basketball court is the home for both pick-up games and scheduled 4 on 4 games among friends. Additionally, there are indoor sports courts flexible for basketball or pickleball games.

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- Lease terms are no less than seven (7) months.
- Only one (1) lease is permitted per home during any twelve (12) month period.
- No “Pit Bulls” are permitted in the community (please refer to the Association Documents for specific breeds).

Architectural Changes:
