Community Features:
Palomar at Boca Pointe is a gated community comprised of 82 single family villa homes, many with lake views, and is one of twenty-eight (28) villages in Boca Pointe Country Club located in Boca Raton, FL. Residents have access to a resort style pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

The Club at Boca Pointe provides ‘optional’ membership for both residents and non-residents. There are various membership options which include an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball, a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, a large clubhouse with card rooms, exquisite dining rooms and valet parking.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October each year. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and/or Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• A Capital Contribution equivalent to two (2) current quarterly assessments is due at the time of closing/transfer of the property.
• No unit may be leased during the first twenty-four (24) months following the acquisition of title.
• No person(s) or entity or trust may own more than two (2) units at one (1) time.
• Lease terms may be no less than three (3) months and no more than twelve (12) months.
• A unit may not be leased more than one (1) time in a twelve (12) month period.
• No more than eight (8) of the total units may be leased at any one (1) time.
• Only two (2) common household domestic pets are permitted per home.
