Community Features:
Pennock Preserve Property Owners Association, Inc. (a/k/a ‘The Prado) is a community of 127 single family homes located in Jupiter, FL. featuring numerous wetlands, preserve areas, lakes, canals, and exotic vegetation.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment payable to the association and is due on the 1st day of the first month of the quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

  • No more than 3 household pets are permitted per household and must not exceed 100 lbs.
  • No above ground pools are permitted.
  • No swimming, boating, or jet skis are permitted in the waterbodies.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and/or lease in the community. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the Purchase/Lease Application package.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to the home and/or property must be approved by the Board of Directors and/or Architectural Control Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
