Community Features:

Pine Ridge South Village II is a community of 336 condominium units, located in Greenacres, FL. The community offers basic cable, large clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, bocce, and exercise classes during the winter.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday and last Wednesday of the month.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1^st day of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th day of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:

• Pets are prohibited.
• Each unit has assigned parking. Residents must park in their assigned parking place.
• Pickup trucks approved by the Board as stated by the amended by laws are permitted to park in the condominium property.
• No more than 3 resident automobiles per unit may be parked on condominium property by a Unit owner or renter without written consent of the Board of Directors.
