Community Features:
Piper’s Cay Association is comprised of 177 townhome condominiums, some of which have a lake view and is conveniently located in West Palm Beach, FL close to shops and restaurants.  This all-age association features a playground, park, picnic area and pool.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee(s).

Community Restrictions: 
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• No lease term shall be for less than one (1) month and no more than a term of twelve (12) months.
• No more than three (3) household dogs and/or cats are permitted per unit and may not weigh more than twenty-five (25) pounds at maturity.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Architectural Changes:
