Community Features:
Postley Village is a magnificent single family home community located in the gated community of Olympia at Wellington. Postley Village offers beautifully tree-lined streets and lake views.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Homeowner meetings are held on an as needed basis at the Villa Olympia Clubhouse Board of Directors meetings are open to all Postley Village home owners.
Please note that the Violation’s Committee meetings are held when directed by the Board.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for lease or purchase is $100.00/applicant over the age of 18 years old (married couple is $100 total) payable to Postley Village HOA and a $100.00/applicant processing fee to GRS Management Associates, Inc. A capital contribution equal to one quarter maintenance assessment is required for all purchases. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required for all leases.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural committee. Please download an application by clicking on the above link.
General Information:
Sprinkler Schedule: Please set your timers to the watering schedule set by SFWM.
Garbage & Recycling:
Garbage pick up is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays.
