Community Features:
Rainberry Park Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is a community of 271 Single Family Homes located in Boca Raton.

The community offers such amenities as a clubhouse with pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball and kids’ playground.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the 3^rd Monday of the month at the pavilion.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Month.   Payments are considered late on the 15^th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS:

• All pets must be supervised/leashed at all times
• Waste must be picked up
• No pets around pool and/or playground
• Breed restrictions

PARKING/VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS:

• No parking on grass areas
• Commercial/recreational vehicle restrictions
• No overnight parking on the street
• Booting/towing at owner’s expense

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Please note there is a Capital Contribution of two months maintenance assessments due at closing.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday and Thursday.  Recycling pickup is scheduled for Thursday.  Bulk pickup is scheduled for Monday.
