Community Features:
The Residences at Legacy Place Condominiums located in Palm Beach Gardens has 29 buildings comprised totaling 386 condominium units. The community features a clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness & business center, two tennis courts, tot lot, and three gated entrances to the community.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15^th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Units may not be leased more than two (2) times per year.
• Only two (2) common household pets are permitted per unit and must not exceed an aggregate weight of eighty (80) lbs. at maturity.
• A maximum of two (2) vehicles are permitted per unit; motorcycles and vans are not permitted.

Architectural Modifications:
All modifications to the interior of the unit must be approved by the Board of Directors or appointed Architectural Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
