Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

- Lease of units is NOT permitted in the townhome association.
- Screened In Enclosures are NOT permitted.
