Community Features:
Royal Forest Homeowners Association is a community comprised of 115 townhouse units located in West Palm Beach, FL. which features a clubhouse, picnic area and community pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- Owners must retain title for twenty four (24) months prior to leasing their units.
- Lease terms must be for not less than twelve (12) months and no more than thirteen (13) months.
- Refundable Lease Security Deposit is required to be submitted with lease application.
- Minimum credit score of 675 is required of lease applicants.

Architectural Changes:
