Community Features:
San Savino (Melear POD B Homeowners Association Inc.) is a gated community with 128 townhomes with two, three and four bedrooms, located in Boynton Beach, FL. Amenities include a community pool, cabana, and tot-lot.
Association Dues Include:
Mowing, hedging, fertilizing, mulching, tree trimming, and landscape related pest control (Association plantings only). Also, pool maintenance and access-controlled entry gates are included in your monthly dues.
Association Financial Information:
Each Homeowner is responsible for a monthly assessment to the Association, due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur a $25.00 fee.
Regularly Scheduled Meeting:
Board meetings are being held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. All Board meetings are noticed at least 48 hours in advance.
Community Restrictions:

- No overnight street parking - parking in garage and/or driveway only. Vehicles may not block sidewalks or park on grass. Guest parking is adjacent to the pool. Please register guest vehicles at nogobooting.com.
- No signs, flags, or banners, except for an American flag.
- No limousines, boats, trailers, campers etc.
- Commercial vehicles are prohibited at any time unless they are providing a service during regular business hours.

Rentals:
Must own unit at least one (1) full year prior to leasing unit.
Application for Lease/Purchase:
All lease applications are to have Association approval PRIOR to occupancy. Association has up to thirty (30) days of receipt of a fully completed application for application to be reviewed.
Processing/background fee of $200.00 payable to GRS Community Management (non- refundable) and a $100.00 Application Fee, payable to Melear POD B Homeowners Association (non-refundable) required for all applications.
The Association may disapprove an application for lease due to: Owner delinquent with Association dues; unresolved violations of Association documents, rules & regulations; convicted felon or proposed occupant is listed on the Sexual Predator List. Homeowners who allow the lessee to move in prior to HOA approval will be automatically denied and the homeowner will be responsible for the HOA legal fees.
No Lease Agreement may be for a term of less than twelve (12) months.
All purchase and lease applicants must participate in an orientation.

Garbage & Recycling:
Household trash is collected on Monday and Thursday.
Bulk pick-up is on Monday. Thursday recyclables are picked up. Please place containers on the roadside after 7:00pm the evening prior to scheduled pick up; otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of sight.
