Santa Cruz Homeowners’ Association is a gated community of 152 townhomes located in the heart of Boynton Beach, FL. This quiet, well kept, family friendly community offers a beautiful lake, sidewalk paths and a community pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Directors meets as needed.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first (1st) day of each month; payments are considered late on the 10th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Some restrictions are as follows, however please refer to the Association$B!G(Bs Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview.
* Only two (2) common household pets may be kept per unit and must be approved by the Board of Directors.
* Maximum two (2) vehicles. No commercial vehicles may be kept overnight on property.
* All window treatments as viewed from the outside must be white or off-white in color.
* Lease terms may not be less than four (4) months nor more than three (3) times per calendar year.
* A lot shall be owner occupied and may not be leased in the first 12 months of ownership.
* No portion of Lot other than an entire Lot may be leased.
Garbage & Recycling:
Trash pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday / Recyclables pickup is scheduled for Wednesday / Bulk pickup is scheduled for Saturday.
