Community Features:
Saratoga Bay Homeowners Association is an all-age, dog friendly, gated community comprised of 122 single family homes and is a subdivision within The Villages of Palm Beach Lakes POA in West Palm Beach, FL. Residents and their guests can enjoy many amenities including three (3) parks each with a salt generated community pool, playgrounds, exercise trails, bocce ball, racquet and tennis and pickleball courts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

  • Owners must hold title for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months after purchase before leasing the unit.
  • No unit may be leased more than once in a twelve (12) month period.
  • Lease term must be for twelve (12) consecutive months and are not automatically renewed.
  • Only two (2) common household pets are permitted per unit; breed restrictions apply.

Architectural Changes:
