Community Features:

St Andrews at the Polo Club Condominium Association is a community of 200 condominiums and townhomes, located in the Village of Wellington. The community offers a swimming pool, fitness room, pool room, tennis court and indoor racquetball court.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets throughout the year in addition to an Annual and Budget meeting once per year in the Association Clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1^st of each month. Payments are considered late on the first day of the following month and may incur a $25.00 late fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS: Each unit may have up to two household pets not to exceed thirty-five (35) pounds each.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS: No boats, trucks, trailers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles are allowed in the Association.  A residential unit owner or occupants are limited to no more than TWO (2) vehicles per unit. All vehicles must have a parking decal displayed and park in the designated areas.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Sales and Leases require non-refundable application fees, please refer to the Purchase/Lease Application under downloads.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by Board of Directors. Please submit your request in writing to the Manager’s Office or via email at cbennis@grsmgt.com.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage receptacle is located at the entrance of the property.
