Community Features:
Stone Creek Ranch is a premier gated enclave in West Delray Beach, featuring just thirty-seven (37) ultra-luxury lakefront estates on lots of two and one-half (2½) acres or more. Spanning 187 acres of lush landscapes, towering trees, and glistening lakes, the community offers an unparalleled blend of privacy, natural beauty, and elegance.

Residents enjoy a 24-hour manned stone gatehouse, an iconic triple-arched bridge, and a scenic 1.5-mile promenade perfect for walking, biking, or jogging. Designed by renowned landscape architect Krent Wieland, the grounds seamlessly integrate refined estate living with serene surroundings.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Directors meetings are held at the Board’s discretion, with notice posted at the gatehouse and on the GRS Resident Portal. Meetings are open to all Members and cover key topics like budgets, assessments, and community operations. Minutes are recorded, including all votes and abstentions, to ensure transparency

Association Financial Information:
The Association maintains financial records and an annual budget, available for Member review. Quarterly Assessments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st, and are late after the 15th. Unpaid assessments become a lien, and special assessments may be issued for owner misuse or non-compliance.
