Sunset Point HOA
Community Features:
Sunset Point Homeowners Association is a community of 68 Single Family Homes, located in Wellington, Florida. The community offers a pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly at 6pm. Meeting location and date is noticed at the front entrance of the Community.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
No greater than 2 pets per household
Residents and Guests are allowed to park overnight in the driveways/enclosed garages of the individual Lot only. Pool parking is only allowed between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm. Vehicles found to be parked at the pool beyond these hours risk being towed at the owners’ expense. Parking on the swale/side of the road or “dead end” street areas is not allowed.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $50.00 payable to Sunset Point HOA and $100.00 payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Landscape Debris is also collected on Tuesdays and Recycling is picked up on Fridays. Bulk debris MAY NOT be left out more than one day ahead of regularly scheduled removal.
