Community Features:
The Coach Houses of Town Place Condominium Association Inc. is part of the Via Verde Master Association and is comprised of 252 condominium units located in Boca Raton, FL. The community offers two (2) community swimming pools and walking nature trail.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• An Owner must hold title for a minimum of one (1) year prior to leasing their unit.
• No unit may be leased for less than six (6) months and no more than twice per one (1) year.
• Only one (1) domestic common household pet (cat or & dog) is permitted per unit and may not exceed thirty (30) lbs. at maturity. Pets must be approved by the Association.
